The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great range of amenities. The location was ideal for our event, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

Price for the room was great, the room exceeded our expectations

This was my second vistwhilst on holiday from the uk. I like the location for shopping and sight seeing. The standard of the room facilities was a concideration in visiting a second time. Like the seating area space and views. We had the buffet dinner Sat and Sun and found there was something for everyone.

Thought the breakfast cost was too high if you are someone who only wants a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. the staff were very efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the ideal location near nice restaurants, a big shopping mall, and transport. I booked a well-appointed and brand-new room with a little balcony, coffee, and a chair.

We had a meal at the restaurant here with a beautiful view of the lake - it didn't break the bank. the service was outstanding! 🌟

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I can't recommend it highly enough. The service from the receptionist was exceptional and made the check-in process smooth. I was impressed by the value for money, with two comfortable beds, a clean space, a stunning waterfront view, and a bath tub. The hotel also offered easy access to free parking and was conveniently located close to the Mall. The optional breakfast buffet in the morning was a great addition.

Reasonably high standard. Friendly staff

Some furniture needed drawers reglued in room 507. Toilet cistern continued to leak after attention by maintinance making it very noisy to sleep. Differering standards between staff. Room make up staff member on Saturday and Monday was of a high standard. Sunday room make up staff member was lazy in her tidying up of the room.

The lake view was nice and the location was super convenient - close to the lagoon, a short walk to the mall, and easy access to transportation. 🌅 I stayed in a twin room that was spacious and had a modern vibe.

The hotel was gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very efficient, liked the unbeatable location near to supermarket and Sylvia Park shopping center which was great & between $ 60 & $ 80 taxi ride from the airport depending on traffic and the restaurant. The breakfast was wonderful with desserts and cheeses and had something for everyone.

The rooms were roomy, with basin view. Clean, luxurious bathrooms. Comfortable Queen beds. Helpful and polite staff. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Convenient location near shopping and train. Handy to Mt Smart Stadium. Comfortable bed, bath, and air conditioning. Tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking. Great price for 24hr net.

room was large and comfortable bathroom did not have a lot of space to put toileteries

did not like when checking in front of house staff had no record of my booking - i showed them print out of confirmation. booked me in again - no apologies at that time however, later in the afternoon on our way out front of house staff did apologise as they had put my booking under my FIRST name and not my SURNAME!!!!

What an experince!!!!!!! Loved it there and will definately stay there again. Will also refer family and friends there because staff go out of their way to make you feel valued.
